Concept study · Troon North
The Troon North Gathering
Kitchen
A kitchen sized for daily rituals and long, informal dinners.
Concept transformation
A clearer way
to live.
Drag across the join to compare the reference condition with the proposed direction.
The brief
“A large footprint still felt fragmented, with the dining table separated from the place where most of the day actually happened.”
The design direction
“The new plan ties cooking, eating, and outdoor access together with one long sightline and storage exactly where it is used.”
Material direction
Built from
the right details.
Warmth without ornament.
A pale, tactile foundation for the island.
Low-contrast working hardware.
A calm surface that catches the Arizona light.
