For a real project, the selected contractor would coordinate the right licensed engineer and permit path for the site. This demo shows how that service should be clearly explained before construction begins.
How are material selections and slabs approved?+
Material samples are reviewed in the home where possible. Natural stone is then approved from the selected slab before fabrication is released.
What separates bespoke joinery from semi-custom cabinets?+
Bespoke joinery is drawn around the room, the appliances, the sightlines, and the way the household uses storage. It is not a fixed catalogue of box sizes.
Can we reside in the home during construction?+
